Everything that is there, CAN be accessed through the normal control panel. And I prefer going through lots of options. Mainly because I help people, and I cant say "Go into God Mode" ¬_¬

Actually, this is just a list - a readily accessible list - without the need to trawl through tons of different pages in CP to get to your specific setting. Personally? I love it! Powerful and easy to access.

I got an easier way. Start > Right Click on Control Panel > Show on Desktop. Same thing. If you want to be cool you can rename it.
