Thanks ,forgot to update I actually sorted it.

The GBA temp guides cool but R4YSAUTO seems to make it a little easier.. the R4 is gonna be defunct soon for firmware at the rate it gets released compared to other cards.

Think on the whole it could well be time to move on to another card :p
